Alan García with this rude attitude, in crystal clear and abundantly demonstrated that despises as UNASUR Hope of South America where countries are not present powerful, dominant and imperialist, this attitude was disappointing by President Alan García Pérez in UNASUR of Argentina 2009 , especially since Alan García obviously has no ideas, no agenda and makes criticism futile and childish and simplistic about the arming of UNASUR when Peru has not invested in either health or education or weapons, which requires and demands.
