AIME DEL CASTILLO J complaints alleging APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY ON ALAN GARCIA AND ALAN: PJ, CONGRESSIONAL ALAN, ETC.
Jaime Del Castillo on his radio airwaves Sunday 'I, Yeah I think' and transmitted by the waves of the prestigious and popular Modern Radio (radio Dad) 930 AM 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ., and the Internet ( www.modernaradiopapa.com ) for the entire global world live and direct, since 30/8/1909 received a call from a radio listener who complaint alleged violation of property rights, violation free enterprise, violation of the sanctity of res judicata, claiming to be the owner of Building located on the corner with Avenida Avenida Tacna Emancipation in Cercado de Lima and states that in 1986 Alan García stripped them of their building and also alleged that at the time Alan García in concert with Congress and judges also Alans Alans (including TC) would be reviving a process 30 years ago using it to 'ghost' ie a person who does not exist in RENIEC to revive the defunct process 30 years ago, and precisely because it would expose this outrage harassing the alleged victim to heavy fines against them.

The radio-listener who made the complaint was identified as Jesus Linares attorney and chairman of the Real Estate Company OROPEZA who owns the building Avenue Emancipation Tacna as indicated and that 30 years ago Alan García the rob to give it to the interior ministry and then to the Supreme Judicial Decrees, added further that Alan García now want 'steal' the company reviving a defunct process 30 years ago.
