Since we live in Panama City, every weekend we stayed in the city accustomed to walk in our favorite corner of the capital, the Old Town. For our family has almost all the attractions that we like, make the rounds of its squares and streets, from the Cathedral to the "bow" of the city represented by France and the Paseo Plaza of the vaults. We appreciate to sit on their terraces and restaurants eating ice cream, enjoy your shopping and peace that permeates this city outdoor recreation.

In just over two years we have seen the evolution of the neighborhood, as many have been rehabilitated dilapidated houses with new uses have regained their former glory. No doubt since the declaration by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and the recovery plan assets, is becoming increasingly satisfied with the visit and will be more to the point where the tourism potential is undeniable. is necessary to highlight the work of architects, developers and investors devoted to architectural recovery efforts, beyond that there is some controversy with this or that development in general each note in successful intervention.

Since mid-2008 as the images reveal, I see the tires and probing questions, always the same answer, blame the tide that brings them to the beach. In any case an argument is relative. In first place is because of that puts to sea, because of allowing someone to do it, lapping ocean all it does is concentrate the waste in some parts and it seems that this bastion is a auto repair garage. The truth is I do not think they reach so many tires per day or per week, just no one is responsible to recover them from the beach and build up like the bones of elephant in the elephant graveyard.

Is this the image that we want to project to tourists from around the world who visit us?, Are these the miseries of ourselves that we can not recycle.
